Twincraft CARES

Twincraft is committed to our employees and is dedicated to providing opportunities for our team members to grow, learn, support their communities, and to facilitate health and wellness initiatives. Today, we empower our workers to do so through two key programs: Twincraft CARES and Twincraft Thrives.

Twincraft CARES

Twincraft has invested in and given back to the community for decades, but it’s only recently that we formally created an internal initiative to formally organize our efforts. In late 2016, Twincraft CARESCommitted, Active, Responsible, Engaged Staff - was formed.

Twincraft CARES is an initiative that provides the opportunity for employees to apply for a Twincraft grant up to $500 to support a wide variety of causes in which they are personally involved.  Examples of these grants include supporting a child's little league team, youth art programs, or giving to other non-profits that employees are actively involved with.

We have an internal council that considers each application, and determines how much funding each cause will receive. Past events include:

Champlain Valley Office of Economic Opportunity
Karibu International Fashion Show
Brown's River T-Ball
Mariah Central School Baseball Uniforms
The Flying Hooves 4H Group - Relay for Life
