Twincraft Soap offers a comprehensive benefit package to all regular full time and part-time (must work at least 30 hours/week) employees. The following is a summary of the offered programs. Enrollment dates may vary.

Medical InsuranceCIGNA/Great-West administers the medical insurance program for Twincraft employees. We offer a high deductible plan with an HRA that is subsidized by the Company.

Dental Insurance:  MetLife provides two plan options for dental insurance. Coverage ranges from 100% to 50% reimbursement depending on the procedure. Dental deductible ranges from $25 to $50 for individuals and $75 to $150 for family. Annual plan maximum is $1,000 to $1,500 per person per year.

Vision: VSP is our carrier for vision services and product discounts.

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan: The Plan allows employees to contribute up to 60% of eligible compensation on a pre-tax basis with an employer match. Must be at least age 21 and have completed three months of continuous employment. Enrollment will be on the first day of the next quarter after completing three months of employment. You will be automatically enrolled in the Plan unless you waive the automatic enrollment.

Section 125 Plan:   Section 125 allows an employer to deduct benefit premiums, such as medical and dental on a pre-tax basis. This means your premium contributions are deducted from your gross pay before income and Social Security tax is calculated.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA):  A Flexible Spending Account allows an employee to set aside pre-taxed (not subject to payroll taxes) earnings to pay for qualified expenses. Under Twincraft's plan, eligible out-of-pocket expenses include medical, dental, vision and dependent care.

The annual maximum amount you can designate for your FSA is $3,500 for medical expenses (examples of cover items include co-insurance payments, prescriptions, health related products) and $5,000 for dependent care expenses (such as child care, summer camps).

 

Life Insurance:  You will be covered in an amount equal to 1X your annual base salary up to $250,000 under an Accidental Death and Dismemberment Plan (AD&D). Coverage will be effective the first of the month after completion of 90 days of employment. This benefit is at no cost to employees.

 

Disability Leave:  The Company provides a long term and a short term disability plan, which provides benefits in the event of a serious health condition that prevents an employee from working. The terms and conditions of the applicable insurance policy govern determination of eligibility for short or long term disability benefits.

Combined Time Off: :  CTO includes sick, personal and vacation time as one bank. CTO is accrued (earned) on a weekly basis and gives employees more control over their time off.

Paid Holidays:  All employees are eligible for 10 paid holidays per calendar year. Standard paid holidays include the following:
