Wayne LaBonte, Twincraft Skincare's VP of Sales & Marketing, explains the minimum amounts that we advise our customers to order from us in bar soap, skincare, and deodorant.
This is far and away the most frequently asked question by prospective customers. Although we would love to provide a straightforward answer to this critical question, the truth is that the answer is liable to change and like so many facets of contract manufacturing, simply depends on circumstance. In this article, we hope to offer insight into the variables that influence Twincraft’s minimum order quantities and shed some light on the complexity and nuance of this topic.
We utilize minimum order quantities to manage the flow of inbound new business and available resources across our many departments. As such, Twincraft’s MOQs reflect our current capacity and are established to ensure stable growth for our company and partners alike. Due to an ever-evolving industry, the MOQs listed below are relevant today and subject to change at any point in the future. It’s worth noting that these are guidelines, not hard nor fast rules. Each partnership inquiry is considered on a case-by-case basis and, if it seems like a good fit for both parties, may warrant further consideration even if our requirements aren’t fully met.
Below, you’ll find a breakdown of our present MOQs and some of the factors that play into the overall equation.
The figures listed above are intended to be illustrative and helpful, however, they should not replace a consultation with one of our salespeople. A MOQ does not reflect economies of scale and are almost certainly not the most economical order quantity (EOQ) one could purchase. Please reach out to us with questions about your situation, and to see if we’re a good fit for one another!
