Soap Formulation Lab

Twincraft has a fully equipped development and sample lab that works with our sales department and our customers to develop bar soaps with just the right base, color, fragrance and package for your target market.  We do not manufacture base stock because that limits the breadth of choices that could be offered.  Instead our bases are globally sourced from manufacturers who specialize in making bases.  This allows us to offer literally dozens of standard and specialty bases.  Combined with globally sourced additives and fragrances, the characteristics of your bar soaps are virtually limitless. 

Twincraft Custom Formulations:

FRAGRANCE:  Twincraft will work with your specified fragrance or formulate one to meet your desired profile.  All fragrances need to be stability tested prior to production.

ADDITIVES:  Wide selections of liquid and particle additives are available.  Customers work directly with Twincraft R&D to develop a specific formula to meet your requirements.

COLOR:  Twincraft will match any color you desire.  You can provide a PMS color or a sample containing the standard color to match.
