TWINCRAFT SOAP COMPANY ANNOUNCES MERGER WITH LANGER, INC.

WINOOSKI, VT - Twincraft Soap Company has entered into an agreement to merge with Langer, Inc. Langer is a public company that does business in the medical field and health and beauty markets. Their corporate offices are in Deer Park, New York. Langer’s CEO Grey Hudkins expressed his enthusiasm for the deal saying: “our partnership with Twincraft allows us to significantly expand our presence in the markets in which Twincraft both operates and enjoys a strong and growing reputation”.

Twincraft’s CEO, Peter Asch, explained the deal as follows; “In Vermont, once a company achieves a certain size, it is often forced to move out of state. Our partnership with Langer allows us to stay in Vermont for the long term. We will leverage Langer’s products into our markets and enhance the growth of our business. Langer will also provide us capital to support both internal growth and future acquisitions. Twincraft will nearly double Langer’s sales and we will be able to pursue significant opportunities together. With Langer, Twincraft will be able to dramatically accelerate our growth. We have secured our position as a Vermont manufacturer while improving our ability to compete in the global market.”

The merger does not affect Twincraft operations in Winooski. There are no management or employee changes.

Both companies will be merged into one and will be traded on the NASDAQ exchange under the ticker GAIT. Peter Asch will become a major shareholder of Langer, Inc. and will serve on Langer’s Board of Directors.
